All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size, color preference, or ordering the wrong item.

However, we understand that certain situations may occur. Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
• Incorrect item: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.
• Missing items: If an item is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.
• Defective items: If an item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

Any refund, replacement, or other resolution is subject to review and approval. We may request photos or other information before approving a claim.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or used improperly may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
