Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To report a damaged or defective item, please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
• Photos of the packaging, if applicable

We may request additional information or photos to verify the damage.

If the item is confirmed to have arrived damaged or defective, Waifu Desires will provide a replacement of the same item, subject to availability.

Return Shipping

If an item is confirmed to have arrived damaged or defective, Waifu Desires will provide instructions for the return and, when applicable, cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for any unauthorized return.

Condition of Returned Items

Any approved return must be sent back in the condition requested by Waifu Desires. Items that have been used, altered, washed, damaged after delivery, or otherwise mishandled may not qualify for a replacement.
